What we'll ask

On the call, Linda will ask roughly six things:

Address (cross-street is fine).
What's happening (slow drain, backup, real-estate, LCRR notice).
How old the house is (best guess).
Whether there's an exterior cleanout.
When you want the survey — typical scheduling is 3–5 business days out, faster on emergencies.
Whether you've had any prior work or scopes done.

The whole call usually runs 6–10 minutes.
